Please note that beginning January 1, 2018 a new baseball bat standard (USABat) is going to go into effectfor all Little League Baseball, Babe Ruth/Cal Ripken Baseball, and other amateur programs nation-wide. By utilizing the most current advancements available, manufacturers can now develop bats with a wood-like performance, which is important for the long-term success of the game.
With some exceptions for Tee-Ball (Sticker Program) and Senior League (Exempt) age groups, a bat must be marked with the following USA Baseball stamp or the bat cannot be used in any game or practice:
